Midcare Services

MidCare Services has been established to offer a diverse wealth of personal and functional care including any associated domestic services to meet dependent clients’ (Service Users) needs. Our clientele includes older people and those with disabilities needing assistance, which can be disabilities due to physical or mental illness, to continue living in their own homes and community. 

This will be achieved by promoting high-quality standards, which embrace fundamental principles of Good Care practice that are observed and evaluated through the practice, conduct, and control of quality care in the domestic environment.

Aims & Objectives

MidCare Services aims to provide a person-centered approach and our staff is committed to meeting our aims and objectives: through person-centered planning. These objectives include:

  • Ensuring our service is delivered at the highest quality that will improve and uphold the overall quality of life for the client and the carer.
  • Ensuring clients achieve the maximum level of independence.
  • Providing our service in a non-discriminatory fashion, whilst respecting each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the rights to make informed choices, decisions and take risks.
  • Promoting continual involvement of our client and carers within their community.
  • Ensuring that each client is respected in the aspect of their religion, culture, race and ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political, association, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
